Welcome to 1 Massage at a Time. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Appointments and Booking
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. A valid contact number and email address are required at the time of booking.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing the next client. The full service rate will still apply. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early for your appointment.
Health and Medical Conditions
Clients are responsible for disclosing any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications prior to their session. 1 Massage at a Time is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. Please consult your physician if you have any concerns.
Post-Plastic Surgery & Lymphedema Services
Clients seeking MLD Management for Post-Plastic Surgery Procedures must provide documentation or clearance from their physician prior to their first session. Sharon and her team will work closely with your healthcare provider to ensure the safest and most effective care possible.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major forms of payment. Prices are subject to change without notice. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Gift Cards
Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. They must be used within the specified validity period. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during booking or service is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent. We may use your contact information to send appointment reminders or promotional offers, which you may opt out of at any time.
Code of Conduct
1 Massage at a Time is a professional wellness studio. Any inappropriate behavior, language, or requests will result in the immediate termination of the session. The client will be charged the full service amount and may be refused future bookings.
Liability Waiver
By booking a service with 1 Massage at a Time, you acknowledge that massage therapy involves physical touch and manipulation of soft tissue. While every precaution is taken to ensure your safety and comfort, 1 Massage at a Time and its staff are not liable for any injury, discomfort, or adverse reaction that may occur during or after a session.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
